Roadmap for the development of the scientific activity system and publication activity of Akhmet Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University for 2025–2027
Goal: To establish a sustainable and transparent support system for the University’s research and innovation activities, ensuring growth in publication and patent output, international recognition, expanded collaborations, and effective incentives for faculty and students.
Objective:
Establish a system for tracking the publication and patent activities of faculty members and students, integrated with international databases and the University’s internal information platforms.
Ensuring the regulatory and organizational consolidation of research performance indicators and incentive mechanisms within the University’s internal documents.
Establishing structural units and support services for research and innovation activities, including consulting functions for intellectual property protection and licensing.
Providing methodological, consultative, and educational support to faculty and students on publication literacy, patent activities, and commercialization of research results.
Establishing a system for monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of mechanisms stimulating research activity, publication, and patent output, with subsequent adjustment of support tools.
Ensuring the University and its staff participate in international research projects, publications, collaborative research initiatives, and repositories.
