Scope of Supply
The UNIVERSAL 320 R refrigerated benchtop centrifuge shall be supplied complete with four rotors, adapters for 15 mL conical tubes, buckets for 50 mL tubes, adapters for 1.5 mL tubes, and buckets for Rotor 1554.

Delivery Terms
The centrifuge shall be delivered within no more than ten (10) calendar days from the date of contract signing.
The rotors, adapters, and buckets shall be delivered within no more than sixty (60) calendar days from the date of contract signing.
Services Included in the Price
The contract price shall include:
- delivery of the equipment to the place of operation;
- installation, assembly, and commissioning of the equipment;
- operational testing;
- instruction and training of the Customer’s personnel.
Commissioning and Service Requirements
Commissioning and personnel training shall be carried out by a specialist who has received training from the equipment manufacturer. The Supplier shall provide a certificate or other official document confirming that the specialist has completed the manufacturer’s training and is authorized to commission the equipment and train users.
The Supplier shall have its own service center or an authorized service center within the Republic of Kazakhstan capable of providing warranty and post-warranty maintenance for the supplied equipment.
The Supplier shall also provide a confirmation letter from the manufacturer verifying its status as an official distributor, partner, or representative of the manufacturer and confirming its authorization to supply the equipment within the Republic of Kazakhstan.
