Payment Terms: An advance payment of 50% of the contract value shall be transferred to the Supplier's bank account within three (3) banking days after the contract is signed and the Supplier issues an invoice.
The remaining 50% of the contract value shall be paid within three (3) banking days following the actual delivery of the goods and the signing of the Acceptance Certificate.
Delivery Period: The goods shall be delivered within no more than seventy-five (75) calendar days from the date the advance payment is credited to the Supplier's bank account. Earlier delivery is permitted.
Warranty: The warranty period shall be 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery of the goods to the Purchaser (the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate).
Transportation: The quoted price includes all transportation costs associated with the delivery of the equipment to Kostanay, Kazakhstan.
Scope of Supply: The equipment shall be supplied in the manufacturer's standard configuration and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
