An advance payment of 50% of the contract value shall be transferred to the Supplier's bank account within three (3) banking days after the contract is signed and the Supplier issues an invoice.
The remaining 50% shall be paid within three (3) banking days following the actual delivery of the goods and the signing of the Acceptance Certificate.
The goods shall be delivered within no more than seventy-five (75) calendar days from the date the advance payment is credited to the Supplier's bank account.
Earlier delivery is permitted.
The warranty period is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery of the goods (transfer to the Purchaser/signing of the Acceptance Certificate).
The quoted price includes all transportation costs associated with the delivery of the equipment to Kostanay, Kazakhstan.
The equipment shall be supplied in the manufacturer's standard configuration and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
