- The supplier shall provide personnel training.
- Warranty period: at least 1 year from the date of commissioning.
- Payment terms: 100% upon delivery of the equipment to the customer’s warehouse.
- Delivery period: no more than 60 calendar days.
- Installation, commissioning, and training are included in the total cost.
