  • Comprehensive studies of the processes of ensuring the quality of products of machine-building enterprises and the formation of a system of regulatory documents to improve production efficiency. Project leader: Salykova O.S. - Head of the Department of Software, Associate Professor of the Higher Attestation Commission, Ph.D.

• Grant and program-targeted financing for 2015

  In 2015, Baitursynov KSU, following the results of the Competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, received grant funding on 14 research topics under program 120 “Grant funding for scientific research”, specificity 149 “Other services and works” for 2015-2017:

  • Creation of a domestic test system based on real-time polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR) for express diagnostics of animal clostridium infections and identification of Clostridium septicum strains in animal products and in environmental objects. Project leader: Tagaev O.O. - First Vice-Rector, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Veterinary Sanitation;
  • Development of highly specific and sensitive rapid tests based on DNA markers for diagnosing Fusarium in grain crops. Project leader: Kalimov N.E. - Dean of the Faculty of Agrarian Biology, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences;
  • Development of a domestic test system based on real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for the identification of Yersinia enterocolitica strains and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis strains. Project leader: Chuzhebaeva G.D. - Associate Professor of the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences;
  • Organization of centralized breeding records in horse breeding of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Project leader: Brel-Kisileva I.M. - Senior Lecturer at the Department of Technology for the Production of Animal Products, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences;
  • Systems to reduce pollution by mycotoxins and pesticides as part of an integrated method for the protection of crops in the agricultural zone of Northern Kazakhstan. Project leader: Nugmanov A.B. - Associate Professor of the Department of Agronomy, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Doctor of PhD;
  • Development of an ELISA test system for the determination of trenbolone in livestock products. Project leader: Ibragimov P.Sh. - Professor of the Department of Veterinary Sanitation, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences;
  • Study of real and potential sources of pain in various animal species and development of a strategy for the use of analgesic drugs. Project leader: Ryshanova PM - Associate Professor of the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences.
  • Screening for the carriage of mutations that determine the development of hereditary diseases and the development of genetic markers to identify the meat productivity of breeding cattle of domestic selection. Project manager: Nametov A.M. - Professor of the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences;
  • Development of highly specific and sensitive rapid tests based on DNA markers for the diagnosis of economically significant fungi-pathogens of grain crops. Project leader: Beishova I.S. - Associate Professor of the Department of Biology and Chemistry, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences;
  • Development of technical means of preparing feed for the agro-industrial complex of Kostanay region. Project leader: Gavrilov N.V. - Associate Professor of the Department of Machines, Tractors and Automobiles, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor;
  • Study of a consortium of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms of the Northern region of Kazakhstan with the determination of genetic characteristics and the creation of a biodestructor preparation based on them. Project leader: Yunusova G.B. - head. Department of Ecology, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor;
  • Folklore of the Tobol-Turgai region. Project leader: Absadykov AA - Professor of the Department of Theory of Languages and Literature, Doctor of Philology;
  • Migration, ethno-social processes and paleo-economics of Torgai in the Paleo-Metal Age and the Hunno-Sarmatian time in the light of new archaeological research. Project manager: Logvin A.V. - head of the archaeological laboratory;
  • Development and implementation of iterative methods for calculating the thermophysical parameters of the soil and substantiation of their mathematical properties. Project leader : Baimankulov AT - Head of the Department of Information Systems, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor.

  In 2013, according to the results of the Competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KSU named after A. Baitursynov received grant funding on 7 research topics under the program 120 "Grant funding for scientific research" specificity 149 "Other services and works" for 2013-2015:

  • Improving the efficiency of agro-industrial enterprises by processing waste in a biogas plant. Project manager: Kurmanov A.K. – Professor of the Department of Technical Service, Doctor of Technical Sciences;
  • Development of systems using General-purpose computing on graphics processing units using NVIDIA Compute Unified Device Architecture. Project leader: Muslimova A.Z. – Associate Professor of the Department of Informatics and Mathematics, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor;
  • Development of domestic test systems based on real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for the diagnosis of septoria leaf spot in cereal crops. Project leader: Beishova I.S. – Associate Professor of the Department of Biology and Chemistry, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences;
  • Study of the fundamental principles of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of analgesic drugs of a new generation in the body of horses. Project leader: Ryshanova R.M. - Associate Professor of the Department of Veterinary Sanitation, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences, Associate Professor;
  • Development of a new biological preparation to control the number of pests in greenhouses. Project leader: Kokanov S.K. – Director of the Institute of Science and Technology, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences, Associate Professor;
  • Creation of a new highly effective insectoacaricidal and larvicidal drug, from synthetic pyrethroids, to protect cattle from zoophilous flies in feedlots and pastures. Project leader: Aubakirov M.Zh. – Associate Professor of the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences.

  In 2012, following the results of the Competition for grant funding, announced by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, A. Baitursynov KSU received grant funding on 5 topics:

  • Development of a domestic enzyme immunoassay test system for the determination of estradiol-17β in animal products. Project manager: Kokanov S.K. – Director of the Institute of Science and Technology, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences, Associate Professor;
  • The specifics of the formation of the modern regional media market as the intellectual potential of the country. Project leader: Zhusupova A.M. – Head of the Department of Journalism and Communication Management, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor;
  • Ecology of language and culture in ethnic regions: languages of diasporas in Kostanay region. Project leader: Akhmetova B.Z. – Head of the Department of Theory of Language and Literature, Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor;
  • The study of the archaeological heritage of Torgai in the context of the interaction of the most ancient peoples of Eurasia: transcultural ties, ethno-social processes, paleeconomy. Project leader: Logvin A.V. - director of the archaeological laboratory;
