Purpose of the service: Assessment of the laboratory's compliance with the requirements:
- GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories";
- internal regulations of the quality management system;
- requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of accreditation;
- recommendations on preparing and entering data into the e-KTM information system.
The main objectives of the audit:
- analysis of the laboratory's quality management system;
- verification of compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents;
- assessment of staff competence and sufficiency of resources;
- identification of inconsistencies and areas for improvement;
- preparation of a report with recommendations for the elimination of identified inconsistencies.
Expected result:
Obtaining expert opinions and recommendations on bringing the laboratory's activities in full compliance with the requirements of international and national standards, and support for accreditation.
Duration of the service itself: 8 months, official accreditation for at least 147 days.
