Technical Specifications of the Equipment to Be Procured
– Mobile Agro Soil Sampling Complex “Agrometrika-Agroprob”, 1 unit
The supplied complex is an automated soil sampler mounted on a specialized metal frame rigidly fixed to the base of an open trailer, equipped with a hydraulic mechanism for switching between transport and working positions without disassembly. The design provides full automation of soil sampling from a depth of 0–30 cm, with adjustable depth and fixation of sampling parameters.
The complex includes a soil container able to produce a composite sample weighing 250–350 g from 15–20 probes. The sampling speed for one probe does not exceed 5 seconds.
A hydraulic auger with a diameter of 22–26 mm is used as the working element; the set includes spare augers Ø24 mm and Ø26 mm. Rotational movement is provided by a hydraulic motor powered by an independent hydraulic power unit; vertical movement (up/down) is driven by a hydraulic cylinder.
The power unit is based on a GB 420 E gasoline engine with electric start and an oil pump. The system can be operated from the driver’s cabin at the operator’s workstation or via a wireless remote control.
The soil sampler has its own hydraulic system, ensuring autonomous operation without connection to the vehicle's hydraulic circuits. Electrical components operate on direct current.
The positioning system uses a Samsung Galaxy Lite LTE tablet (8.7″), Android OS, with preinstalled and lifetime-activated specialized Agrometrika software.
Agrometrika Software Features
Agrometrika is an integrated geoinformation software suite designed to automate and digitalize zonal soil sampling processes. It provides:
- Creation of sampling schemes with automatic division of the study area into sampling zones based on predefined agronomic parameters.
- Automatic geolocation — determination and recording of each sampling point using GPS/GLONASS with accuracy no worse than ±2 m.
- Real-time visualization of movement routes, operator location, and completed sampling points on an interactive map.
- Synchronization with the sampler — automatic transmission of commands to the hydraulic drive and drilling mechanism upon reaching a sampling point, eliminating the need for manual confirmation.
- Data export to CSV, XLS, SHP, and other formats compatible with agrochemical and GIS analytical systems.
- Offline mode — operation without Internet access through local storage of cartographic and route data.
- Integration with agro-monitoring systems — transfer of data to centralized databases for comprehensive soil analysis.
- Lifetime license — provided with no time limits, no restrictions on installations or usage, including updates and technical support.
For real-time monitoring, the complex includes a video camera with a 4.3″ TFT LCD monitor installed in the operator’s cabin.
A 76-liter aluminum sample storage box (592×388×409 mm, with lock) is provided.
A 20-liter fuel canister with a frame mount and a 48 W spotlight for night operation are also included.
Transport dimensions: 1100 × 1500 × 600 mm.
Performance in standard mode reaches up to 1500 hectares per day.
