The Non-Commercial Joint-Stock Company Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baitursynuly, in accordance with paragraph 7 of the Rules for the procurement of goods, works, and services by research institutes and organizations of higher and/or postgraduate education necessary for conducting scientific research funded from the state budget, approved by Order No. 538 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 26, 2024, and within the implementation of the research project IRN BR24992785 “Organization and Conduct of Comprehensive Studies to Ensure the Sustainable Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Kostanay Region with the Establishment of a Research and Technology Center,” funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024–2026, announces a tender for the procurement of consumables for scientific research.

1 Residual Current Device MLS400. The device is developed in accordance with international standards and is designed primarily to protect the operator from electric shock in case of direct contact with live parts of electrical installations, as well as to protect connected laboratory equipment and installations from various negative impacts of electric current, accidents, and voltage surges. The device is equipped with a high-speed multi-level protection system that ensures automatic shutdown of the electrical installation when a risk of electric shock is detected. The system provides protection against direct and partial ground faults, performs automatic insulation monitoring, grounding or neutral conductor monitoring, and self-diagnostics.
