Additional Supply Conditions:

- Items 1-8: Delivery within 25 calendar days from the prepayment date
- Item 9: Delivery within 50 calendar days with the option for early delivery
Delivery Location and Conditions: Kostanay, Abay Street, 28/1, Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baitursynov.
The Supplier will carry out the commissioning of the equipment at the Buyer’s premises. The Buyer will be responsible for preparing the premises for the installation of the analytical scales.
Scales (Items 1-5) and weights (Items 6-8) must be registered in the GSO SI RK registry and have a valid verification certificate for a period of no less than ten months from the date of arrival at the Buyer’s premises. Weights (Items 6-8) must also have a calibration certificate.
After the installation of the scales at the prepared site of the Buyer, the Supplier will perform unplanned calibration and provide the Buyer with the original certificate of state verification according to the requirements of ST RK 2.4-2019 within thirty calendar days from the installation of the equipment at the Buyer’s premises. The certificate of unplanned verification carried out at the Buyer’s premises will be considered as the act of commissioning the scales.
Warranty Period:
- The warranty for items 1-5 (scales) is one year from the issuance of the certificate of verification performed at the Buyer’s premises.
- The warranty for the remaining items is one year from the date of delivery to the Buyer.
