Technical Specifications of the Services
Provision of an information service for arranging the publication of the article “Dynamics of Mobile Phosphorus and Potassium in the Soils of Agricultural Lands of the Kostanay Region” in a journal indexed in the Scopus citation database with a percentile of at least 50.
The article must be indexed specifically as an article (articles) in the database, rather than as a conference proceeding.
Scope of services: One article
Service delivery deadline: August 31, 2026
The cost of the service includes
1. Article preparation services
- Selection of an appropriate journal and coordination with the author
- Preliminary evaluation of the article to ensure compliance with the requirements of the selected journal
- Verification and clarification of references and literature sources
2. Article submission services
- Translation of the article text into English
- Consultation with the authors
- Formatting of the article and references in accordance with the requirements of the selected journal
- Preparation of accompanying documents and author account (if required by the journal editorial office)
- Submission of the article to the journal
- Receiving reviewers’ comments and forwarding them to the authors for revision
- Translation of the authors’ responses into English (up to 1,000 characters including spaces) and submission of the revised article to the editor
- Receiving additional comments or preliminary approval of the article for publication
3. Publication monitoring services
- Communication with the journal editorial office (including possible additional remarks)
- Payment of publication (author) fees to the journal publisher
- Delivery of the final layout and a link to the published article on the journal website
