Commercial (price) proposals were required to include OKED classification, company details, contact phone numbers, and email address.
Technical Specifications of the Services
Provision of an information service for arranging the publication of the article “Mathematical Modeling of Ecotoxicant Behavior in ‘Soil–Vegetation Cover’ Systems” in a journal indexed in the Scopus citation database with a percentile of at least 50.
The article must be indexed specifically as an article (articles) in the database, rather than as a conference proceeding.
Scope of services: One article
Service delivery deadline: August 31, 2026
The cost of the service includes
1. Article preparation services
- Selection of a suitable journal and coordination with the author
- Preliminary evaluation of the article for compliance with the selected journal’s requirements
- Verification and refinement of references and bibliography
2. Article submission services
- Translation of the article into English
- Consultation with the authors
- Formatting of the article and references according to the requirements of the specific journal
- Preparation of accompanying documents and author account (if required by the journal)
- Submission of the article to the journal’s editorial office
- Receiving reviewers’ comments and forwarding them to the authors for revision
- Translation of responses to reviewers into English (up to 1,000 characters including spaces) and submission of the revised article to the editor
- Receiving additional comments or preliminary approval of the article for publication
3. Publication monitoring services
- Communication with the journal editorial office (including possible additional revisions)
- Payment of publication (author) fees to the journal publisher
- Delivery of the final layout and link to the published article on the journal website
