Technical characteristics of the purchased equipment:
- Mobile agro-sampling complex "Agrometrica-Agroprob", 1 unit.
The supplied complex is an automated soil sampler mounted on a specialized metal frame rigidly fixed to the bottom of an open trailer, with a hydraulic mechanism for transferring from the transport position to the working position without dismantling the equipment. The design provides full automation of the soil sampling process from a depth of 0-30 cm, with the ability to adjust the depth and fix the sampling parameters. The complex is equipped with one soil container, which ensures the production of a weighted average sample weighing 250-350 g from 15-20 injections. The sampling rate of one sample does not exceed 5 seconds.
A hydraulic drill with a diameter of 22-26 mm is used as a working body, spare drills Ø 24 mm and Ø 26 mm are provided in the kit. The rotary motion of the drill is carried out by a hydraulic motor driven by an independent hydraulic power plant, the translational motion (up/ down) is from a hydraulic cylinder. The power plant is based on a GB 420 E gasoline engine with an electric starter and an oil pump. The complex can be controlled from the driver's cabin from the operator's workplace, as well as using a wireless remote control. The sampler is equipped with its own hydraulic system, which ensures autonomous operation without connection to the external hydraulic circuits of the vehicle. The electrical equipment operates on direct current.
The positioning system is implemented using a Samsung Galaxy Lite LTE tablet with an 8.7" screen diagonal, based on the Android operating system, with the specialized Agrometrica software pre-installed and permanently activated.
Agrometrica software is an integrated geoinformation software package designed to automate and digitalize the processes of zonal soil sampling. Software provides:
- Creation of sampling schemes with automatic division of the studied territory into zones and drilling points according to predefined agrotechnical parameters.
- Automatic geolocation — determination and fixation of the coordinates of each sampling point using GPS/GLONASS systems with an accuracy of at least ± 2 m.
- Real-time display - visualization of the route, the current position of the operator and the completed selection points on an interactive map.
- Synchronization with the sampler — automatic transmission of commands to the hydraulic drive and the drilling mechanism when the sampling point is reached, which eliminates the need for manual confirmation.
- Export data to CSV, XLS, SHP and other formats compatible with agrochemical and GIS analytical systems.
- Offline mode - the ability to work without an Internet connection due to local storage of cartographic information and route data.
- Integration with agromonitoring systems - data transfer to centralized databases for a comprehensive analysis of soil conditions.
- Perpetual license - provided as part of the delivery, without restrictions on operating time, number of installations and launches, with the right to receive updates and technical support.
To monitor the operation of the sampler in real time, the complex includes a video camera with a 4.3" TFT LCD monitor installed in the operator's cabin. An aluminum box with a volume of 76 liters (dimensions 592×388×409 mm) with a lock is provided for storing the selected samples. A 20-liter canister with a fuel storage frame is included in the delivery package, as well as a 48-watt searchlight for night operation. The overall dimensions of the sampler in the transport position are 1100×1500×600 mm. The productivity of the complex when operating normally reaches 1,500 hectares per day.
