Technical specifications of the required services:
Provision of information services for organizing the publication of the article “Study of the chemical and toxicological composition of soils in the coastal protection zones of the Karatomar and Verkhnetobolsk reservoirs of Northern Kazakhstan” in a journal indexed in the Scopus citation database with a percentile of not less than 50 (Indexing specifically as articles, not conference proceedings).
Scope of services: One article
Service delivery deadline: October 31, 2025.
The cost of services includes:
1) Services for preparing the article for publication
- selection of the journal and agreement with the author
- preliminary evaluation of the article for compliance with the requirements of the chosen journal, clarification of references to literature sources
2) Services for submitting the article to the journal
- translation of the article text into English
- consultation with authors
- formatting of the text and references according to the requirements of the specific journal
- preparation of supporting documents and personal account (if required by the journal’s editorial office)
- submission of the article to the editorial office
- receiving reviewer comments and forwarding them to the authors for revision
- translation of revisions into English (no more than 1,000 characters with spaces) and submission of the revised article to the editor
- receiving new comments / preliminary approval of the article for publication in the journal
3) Services for monitoring the article publication in the journal
- interaction with the journal’s editorial office (additional comments may occur)
- payment of author fees to the journal publisher
- submission of the final layout and link to the published article on the journal’s website
