Technical specifications of the procured services:
Provision of an information service for organizing the publication of the article "Study of species activity dynamics at the initial stages of pyrogenic succession and soil characteristics of the Kazanbasy pine forest in Kostanay region of Northern Kazakhstan" in a journal indexed in the Scopus database with a percentile of at least 50 (Indexation in the database: as articles. Indexed specifically as articles, not conference proceedings).
Scope of services: One article
Service delivery deadline: October 31, 2025.
The cost of the service includes:
1) Services for preparing the article for publication:
- selection of the journal and coordination with the author
- preliminary assessment of the article for compliance with the requirements of the selected journal, verification of references
2) Services for submitting the article to the journal:
- translation of the article into English
- consultation with authors
- formatting of the article and references according to the journal’s requirements
- preparation of supporting documents and personal account (if required by the journal)
- submission of the article to the editorial office
- receiving reviewers’ comments and forwarding them to the authors for revision
- translation of revisions into English (up to 1000 characters with spaces) and resubmission to the editor
- receiving new comments/preliminary approval of the article for publication
3) Services for monitoring the article’s publication in the journal:
- communication with the journal’s editorial office (may include additional comments)
- payment of author fees to the publishing house
- delivery of the final layout and link to the published article on the journal’s website
