The Non-Commercial Joint-Stock Company "Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baitursynuly", in accordance with paragraph 7 of the Rules for the procurement of goods, works, and services necessary for conducting scientific research and scientific work by research institutions and organizations of higher and/or postgraduate education funded from the state budget, approved by Order No. 538 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 26, 2024, within the framework of the scientific project BR24992839 "Study of the impact of ecotoxicants and innovative agrotechnologies on agricultural lands and products of the Kostanay region", announces a request for procurement of services for conducting scientific research:
- Initial theoretical training of Category 2 UAS operators under a program approved by the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, with issuance of a certificate (3 persons), in accordance with the Rules for the use of unmanned aircraft systems in the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Order No. 706 of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2020.
- Initial practical training of Category 2 UAS operators, UAV type: Multirotor, under a program approved by the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, with issuance of a certificate (3 persons), in accordance with the same Rules.
- Assessment of practical skills (examination) with issuance of an assessment report (3 persons), in accordance with the Rules for the use of unmanned aircraft systems in the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Order No. 706 dated December 31, 2020.
